Even though Home Economics is a just aired show it has already been liked by the audiences who have watched the initial episodes. What is the Home Economics show? Home Economics is an American comedy TV series that premiered on April 7, 2021, on ABC. It has been created by Michael Colton and John Aboud and came in during the midseason of the 2020-2021 TV season. What is Home Economics all about? It is a semi-autobiographical story based on the co-creator Michael Colton’s life and is a warm take on the lives of three siblings who are at different socio-economic levels. One is rich and in the top one percent of society, one is a middle-class person and the third is poor and barely holding on.

The series takes a look at the often uncomfortable and frustrating relationships between three adult siblings who share the same past but have now done differently in adult life. They are at different levels in society and that makes it difficult for them to have a normal relationship with each other. The Home Economics cast consists of talented but little-known actors like Topher Grace, Caitlin McGee, Jimmy Tatro, Karla Souza, Sasheer Zamata, Shiloh Bearman, and Jordyn Curet among others. Some of the Home Economics cast come in regular episodes while there are also some guest stars. One of them is the actor Dustin Ybarra who plays the role of Spags on the show. Spags is the family friend of the Haywards family on the show.

Born on October 30, 1989, in San Antonio, Texas, Dustin Ybarra’s age is 31 years. He is an actor and comedian who has been working since 2009 onward. Ybarra is an American who became famous for his role as Tyler Medina in the show Kevin (Probably) Saves the World and also for his roles in the films Hop and We Bought a Zoo. Ybarra started his career in his home state of Texas by taking part in local acting and comedy competitions such as Funniest Dallas Comic and Funniest Comic in Texas. He was the finalist in several of these competitions and got the fame and recognition that made it possible for him to appear in TV shows. Ybarra has lived in different places such as Austin, New Braunfels, and Daingerfield before he moved to Euless, Texas, where he graduated from high school.

Some of his films are Balls to the Wall, 21 & Over, Date & Switch, Ted 2, and Us. Even though he has just spent a decade in showbiz Ybarra has caught the attention of the entertainment industry and is considered an actor with great potential. He has already endeared himself to the audience with his deft comic timing and funny attitude. Ybarra who plays Spags on Home Economics has appeared in the episode “Mermaid Taffeta Wedding Dress, $1,999.”

In this episode Ybarra’s character Spags has a crush on Sarah, he annoys Tom and has invented the Drawer D’eouvres along with Connor. Spags is married to a woman named Teresa and is a bit unfaithful to her as he likes Tom’s wife Sarah from a distance. The series has got off to a promising start and it looks like Spags will be one of the important characters on the show. That this character is played by Dustin Ybarra should relax everyone because it means that there are fun times ahead. One can trust Ybarra to make everyone laugh with his acting as he has always done in the past and present.
